Our Men's recreational program is the perfect program for growing males to aquire the building blocks of being a top notch athlete. Our recreational program does not focus on being the best gymnast but instead focuses on building an all around athlete.
We teach all 6 apparatuses which is a perfect combination of Strength, Speed, Focus, and Flexibility. -Rings -Parrelel Bars -High Bar -Vault -Floor -Pommel Horse Our programs increase strength and flexibility, Improve Motor Function and helps teach how to get through mental blocks. So wether you go on to play hockey, soccer, baseball or continue with gymnastics, our program can decrease the chance of injury while making you a better athlete on or off the feild! |
